Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our New Haven dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in New Haven, IL is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a New Haven kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our New Haven team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to New Haven, IL construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in New Haven started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in New Haven are resolved in a single visit.
From a running toilet that's quietly inflating your water bill to a full re-pipe of an older New Haven home, our residential team handles the everyday and the extensive with the same attention to detail.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in New Haven, IL can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
Whether it's a single kitchen faucet swap or a full bathroom remodel's worth of fixtures, our team handles the rough-in and finish work in one visit where possible.
